These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Universal CodeBox website, applications, courses, and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to create an account. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide a valid name, email address, and mobile number, and to keep them up to date.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Access to live classes, recordings, notes, assignments, and certificates is provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. Course schedules, syllabi, and mentors may change to improve the learning experience.

Certificates are issued on satisfactory completion of a course and do not constitute a guarantee of employment or any specific outcome.

Fees for paid courses are displayed before enrolment and are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Refunds, where offered, are governed by the refund policy presented at the time of purchase. Unless that policy states otherwise, fees are non-refundable once course access has been granted.

You agree not to share your account, redistribute or resell course materials, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Platform, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use the Platform to infringe the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently or abusively.

All course content, software, logos, and materials on the Platform are owned by Universal CodeBox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access purchased content for your own learning only.

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as assignments or forum posts) but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display it for the operation of the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Universal CodeBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the location of our registered office.
