Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for courses, masterclasses, and other paid programs purchased from Universal CodeBox ("we", "us") through our website, applications, and related services (the "Platform"). By enrolling in a paid program you agree to the terms set out below.

For most self-paced and recorded courses, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course content or downloaded any downloadable resources in bulk.

Once the cooling-off period has passed, or once the usage threshold above has been exceeded, the purchase is treated as final and is no longer eligible for a refund except as required by law.

For live cohorts, masterclasses, and classroom training, you may cancel and receive a full refund up to 7 days before the program start date.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date, or after the program has begun, are not eligible for a refund but may, at our discretion, be credited towards a future cohort.

Certification fees, examination fees, one-to-one mentorship sessions already delivered, and any program explicitly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase are not eligible for a refund.

Promotional purchases, discounted bundles, and scholarship or partner-sponsored seats may be governed by separate terms disclosed at the time of enrolment.

To request a refund, email us at refunds@universalcodebox.com from the address associated with your account, including your order reference and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If we cancel or materially reschedule a paid program, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to an alternative cohort of equal value. This is in addition to any rights you have under applicable law.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in effect on the date of that purchase. The "last updated" date above will be revised when changes are made.
